For the quality service they provide and the time they dedicate, it is amazingly affordable, or better to say that it is relatively for free. I would definitely recommend any teaching material, crash course, and mock exam from MDWorld for candidates of MCCQE Part II, NAC OSCE, and ECFMG exams.
